Property and Cancelation Policies :
A partial refund of 50% of the full stay amount will be offered if a reservation is cancelled more than 7 days from check-in.
Guests will incur the full charge for their stay if their reservation is cancelled within 7 days of check-in.
Terms and Conditions
All reservations are subject to GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal and Regional District Tax).
25% deposit at reservation and balance to be paid at check out. Payment by cash, cheque, debit, credit card (VISA & MasterCard).
Government issued identification is required at check-in. Credit card or photo identification accepted.
All guests are required to sign the Meadow Lake Guest Ranch Liability Waiver on arrival. Parents or guardians assume responsibility, care and liability of all minors.
Any vehicles will be parked in designated parking areas associated with each property.
Privacy Policy:
Meadow Lake Guest Ranch strongly believes in the guest's right to truthful information and privacy. We believe that as a guest of Meadow Lake Guest Ranch, you have the right to choose when to provide information that could be used to identify, contact or locate you; when such information may be shared with other organizations; and, when to remain anonymous. Meadow Lake Guest Ranch recognizes the goodwill of our guests and pledges to maintain a high level of integrity and accountability.
Pet Policy:
You must get approval and confirmation with management prior to bringing any pets to Meadow Lake Guest Ranch.
There is a limit of two pets per rental unit. If you wish to bring more than two pets then special arrangements will have to be discussed and approved prior to your arrival.
We allow one (1) pet per rental unit for no charge.
For each additional pet, there will be a fee of $20 per pet.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss to any guest pets while staying on or going off our property.
Any damage or mess caused by your pets is your responsibility and additional charges may be applied for any damage or for any extra cleaning required.
Please keep in mind we are surrounded by nature and wild animals.
For your pets safety, please keep them on leash whenever possible and never leave them unattended.
Unless they have been kennel trained and are safely left in their kennel, no pets are to be left unattended on the ranch or inside the rental units.
Please keep your pets inside at night.
Please do not allow pets on furniture.
Please pick up all pet poop and throw it out in the trash bins provided. This is a family place with lots of children and toddlers running around; help us keep the ranch free of disease.
