We will send you a payment form via email to finalize the rate, dates, and details of your reservation.Cancellation Policy:To cancel your reservation, please provide us with written notice.If you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund, minus a nominal 5% cancellation fee.Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, world events, weather conditions, travel advisories, or unforeseen personal emergencies.Recommendation for Travel Insurance:Given the unforeseen nature of travel, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
