We accept cancellations upto 72 hours previous to the check in time 3 PM.
We do not provide refunds, but we can credit any advance payments for a futurereservation.
If the cancellation is made within 72 hours previous to the check in time (3PM), we will not provide any refunds and the advance payment will be thepenalty for the cancellation. Promotional rates are not refundable.
The cancellation policiesfor corporate or group reservations will be delivered directly, and theexplained conditions do not apply.

Reservations Policy
A reservation will be considered as valid only if it has a validguarantee or and advanced payment.If the reservation does not has aguarantee, you will be informed, so you can provide one. In case a guarantee is not provided thereservation will be cancelled.
No pets allowed.

Prices and taxes
Our rates are expressed in Guatemalan quetzales (Q.)
The taxes applied to the rate correspond to 12% VAT and 10% tourism tax INGUAT.
Payment conditions
We consider a reservation as valid if it has a valid guarantee. You can chooseyour preferred payment method: cash, deposit, transfers, credit card or virtuallink.
Without guarantee, the reservation will becancelled.
When your payment is madewith a credit card, we will charge the 50% of the total value of your stay, 72hours prior your check in date (according to our cancellation policy).If your payment is withcash or deposit, the payment for the 50% of the stay will be requested. Theother 50% will be charge at the check in.
The Front Desk Clerk willrequest to open a voucher for any extra charges during your stay. This can bedone by pre authorizing your credit card or by leaving an amount in cash.
Check in y Checkout
El check in starts at 3:00 PM on your reservationdate.
El checkout is at 12:00 PM on your departure date.
The early check in or the late check out are subject to availability for andadditional cost of US$50.00. The hotel can storage your luggageprevious to your check in time or after your check out if you need it.
If you check out after the officialcheck out time without notice, the Front Desk will apply a penalty fee for theamount of one night to cover all the inconveniences caused to future guest.
Lodging with minors
We allowed minors at the hotel. They must be staying with their parents orlegal tutors. The hotel has a limitedquantity of cribs, they will be subject to availability.
We highly suggest to requestthem when you do your reservation.
It is forbidden to leave any minors alone in the rooms or common areas. We request the collaboration of minor’s parents, especially infants, tokeep your attention on them because the hotel has areas with stairs, access towater, plants and other hazardous elements that can harm them.
The hotel will not be responsiblefor situations arising from the lack of care for infants due to parental negligence.
Accessibility
Los Pasos Hotel Boutique & SPA can provide ideal areas for guest withlimited movility. We highly suggest to point out during your reservation if youneed a room on the first level.
If you have a special need,please let our team know when you make your reservation, so that we can beready to help you make your stay a really pleasant one.
We do accept service andemotional support animals, the cost for this service is US$30 per night.
The animal must not exceed 12 kg.
Parking
The hotel has an annex parking, this means, is not directly on site.
Each reservations includesone parking space during the time of your stay (from 3:00 PM on your check indate, until 12:00 PM on your departure date).
If you need extra parkingspaces, it will be subject to availability and will be charged directly by theparking operations. The annex parking is located2 blocks from the hotel.
When you check in, the receptionist will provide you aticket to access the parking and also a parking key in case you need to enter atdawn.
Events at the hotel
All events are allowed until 10:00 PM.If your event occupies the 100%of our room inventory with their guests, we can extend the event time accordingto the contract terms and the city laws, mainly for noise issues.
It is forbidden to make anyinstallations that may affect the hall or can cause damages to the walls or ceiling.
It is forbidden the access offood and beverage vendors.
The only exception would be the liquor that will beuncorked at the event, cake vendor, candy stations or other service that thehotel cannot provide.
