Cancellation policy:

When a cancellation request is received before 48 hours before the arrival date, no fees will be charged.
If a reservation cancellation request is received within 48 hours of the arrival date, a fee of the first night will be charged.

Terms and Conditions

Prices and taxes: All our prices are inclusive of taxes.

Payment: Payments must be made 48 hours before the date of arrival. In the event of a problem, an email will be sent to you to regularise the payment within 24 hours, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled.

Deposit: The hotel reserves the right to charge a one-night deposit in the case of long-term bookings (more than 7 days) or suspicious bookings.

Self check-in: An email will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival to provide you with all the information, codes and your room number, to facilitate your access after 7pm.

Parking: Parking is available in free public spaces around the hotel. We have two parking spaces available at the hotel (30$ per night taxes included) please contact us by email for availability.

Luggage: We offer our guests a luggage storage service to simplify your movements before check-in and check-out times.

Reception: Open every day from 8am to 7pm.

Concierge: Outside reception opening hours (7pm to 8am), a telephone is available at reception to contact the concierge in the event of a problem.

Café: Open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 7pm and Sunday from 8am to 12pm.
