The Hostal Palmaria is located by the sea, at 50 m. from the beach, in a pine forest of more than 3000 m2. By conserving this natural space, the owners of the hostel want to complement our tourist offer with an element that we consider very important: an undestroyed environment.
Cala Santanyí is located at the southeast of the island of Mallorca, 45 km away from the airport and 3 km. away from the historic center of Santanyí. It is a small open cove between rocks of medium height, which has a small beach of fine white sand.
The pine groves, the sun and the waters of the Mediterranean are joined by the incomparable beauty of an attractive and unique place, far from noises and mass tourism.
If you like to visit historical or natural places, you will have ample possibilities in the surroundings.
In the adjacent cove there is a fishing village and the town of Santanyí holds a market every Wednesday and Saturday.
In the parish church is preserved a monumental organ built by Jordi Bosch in the 18th century.
