Finca La Isa is a space dedicated to rural eco-tourism and is classified as an ecological farm. We have rural houses and with cosy rooms and a rural hostel with shared rooms and double rooms. We have communal terraces and plenty of outdoor space perfect for enjoying the sunsets on the estate which is surrounded by hiking trails and is a perfect place for all mountain sports.
Finca La Isa has incredible views of the most emblematic mountains and rocks of Gran Canaria and of El Risco Caído, recently declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Surrounded by nature that can be enjoyed hiking or cycling along the trails and routes prepared for that purpose. We have the best views of El Teide. The nights at the farm are magical, you can see the Milky Way surrounded by a blanket of stars.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
The client will have to pay in advance the total price of the booking within 7 days before the arrival date.
Refundable damage deposit: A damage deposit of 100EUR will be requested upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, provided that no damage has occurred to the accommodation.
The customer can cancel the booking free of charge up to 7 days before the date of arrival. The client will have to pay the full price of the booking if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival date. If the client does not show up, he/she will have to pay the full price of the booking. If the client leaves for reasons not attributable to the property no refund will be made for the nights not enjoyed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the houses.
Quiet time: Guests should minimise noise from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Pets: Pets are allowed on request. A supplement of 30€ per pet applies.
Cleaning: A cleaning fee of €60 per booking applies.

Visits to the Finca cost €10 and must be arranged in advance.
No groups are allowed to party in areas of the Finca. This disturbs other guests and may result in immediate termination of your stay with us.
Parties at the Finca are by prior arrangement and with the full or partial rental of the Finca.
Security deposit: A damage deposit of €100 will be required on arrival. The deposit will be refunded on departure, after checking that no damage has been done to the accommodation.
By municipal order, barbecues and fires are prohibited on the property from 1 July to 30 September due to the risk of fire.
