The Standard Booking price includes the following:
- Utilities (water, wifi and electricity)
- Towels, bed linen and toiletries
- Use of sauna, pool, jacuzzi, firepit, wifi, Netflix.
- Free breakfast
- All amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website, pages and in our correspondence
The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit.
We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking.
Bookings are to be made by persons older than 21 years. A valid photo ID is required upon check-in.
All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of all adults occupying the room.
Group trips: when booking, keep maximum occupancy rules in mind- two people max for rooms with a single bed (Queen or King) and according to the info on larger rooms with multiple beds. Book for the correct number of guests. Non announced guests will be charged extra, and acomodated only if possible.
Check-in any time from 2PM local time. Early check-in time may be requested and will depend on availability.

Reservations should be prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or pre-paid debit cards or via bank transfer.
Upon check-in, a clearance deposit of 2000 PHP CASH is requested. This deposit of 2000 PHP will be handed back to you upon check-out.
Room are checked by staff, before refund is made.
In our rooms, smoking is not allowed.
If evidence of smoking in the rooms is found, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the 2000 PHP deposit.
Visible stains on linens and towels will be charged depending on the size accordingly. A cleaning fee will be deducted from the 2000 PHP deposit.
The guest is financially responsible for any damage to the room(s). Room check is made 30 minutes before check-out time.
Any costs will be deducted from the 2000 PHP deposit immediately .
One child (under 5 years old) stay free-of-charge in the room with accompanying adults.
SMALL pets are allowed and charged 300 PHP per day of stay.
Pets should be on a leash outdoors, and are not allowed in the swimming pool.
PLEASE INFORM US REGARDING THE NUMBER OF PETS ON YOUR STAY FOR CONSIDERATION.

Firearms are not allowed in the property, except for law enforcement officers on duty.
Drug use and excessive use of alcohol is not allowed inside the resort.
CCTV cameras are used throughout the premises, -but not in the privacy of the rooms-, and anyone on our property may be recorded.
The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using the outdoor and indoor facilities or equipment of DE PORCH.
