For reservations made through our website or directly with Sage Motel, please call us at 435-789-1442 and we would be happy to assist you. Any bookings made through third party vendors, such as travel websites or agencies, must first obtain a cancellation number from their vendor, before contacting Sage Motel 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. For security and policy purposes, Sage Motel cannot cancel your reservation without this cancellation number. Please have it on hand before contacting Sage Motel at 435-789-1442, and we’d be happy to assist you! ·
Nonrefundable Rate. Sage Motel offers flexibility to travelers by offering a cheaper, nonrefundable rate. However, Sage Motel cannot offer refunds following booking made at the nonrefundable rate, even in the event of a no-show or cancellation. Guests may still contact Sage Motel at 435-789-1442 to cancel such a reservation. ·          
No shows. In the case of a no-show, your reservation will be charged the rate of one night. This charge is nonrefundable the unusable night can be refunded with proper instruction from customer. e.g. cancelation ·       
Weekly or monthly rates. Sage Motel also offers special deals for weekly or monthly rates. Similar to the standard rate policy, cancellations may be made 24 hours prior to your reservation for a full refund and no-shows will be charged accordingly. Following redemption of this special rate, a nonrefundable charge will be made for the entire length of the reservation. Guests may still call Sage Motel at 435-789-1442 to cancel or shorten their reservation. ·

Check-In 3PM. Sage Motel also offers prepaid reservations. Forany after-hours arrivals, guests will be able to pick up their keys at our dropbox located outside the lobby. 
Check-Out 11 AM. Sage Motel offers an easy and simple check-out-process. Guests may simply leave their key(s) inside the room or drop them off at the front desk. The security deposit will be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in three to seven business days. Note: It is Sage Motel policy to perform detailed inspections of each room following check-out. Any violations policy, such as smoking inside the room or keeping pets, or damages found will result in an additional charge to the customer. Please review our damages policies for more information.

Guests agree to the followingwhen booking with Sage Motel directly or through third-party vendors: Children under two years old maystay free of charge. Sage Motel also provides playpens upon request with smallfee. Children between the ages of two to sixteen will be charged as children.Any persons over the age of sixteen years old will be charged as adults.

Payment and Terms:

Guests must be the age of 21 orover to confirm accommodations, as well as present a photo ID and credit cardfor verification. Sage Motel accepts debit and allmajor credit cards. After your reservation, your card will be charged for thereservation as well as the security deposit. Sage Motel reserves the right tocancel your reservation(s) should your bank fail to authorize the charges, andwill provide email confirmation of such a cancellation as soon aspossible. While card is preferred, SageMotel does accept cash. Per policy, an additional deposit will have to be madefor any cash payments.

Smoking and pet damage policy:
Guests agree to the following when booking with Sage Motel directly or through third-party vendors: 
The Sage Motel is a smoke free facility and does not allow the use of the following on its premises: cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (“vapes”), hookah, smoking paraphernalia, or use of other controlled substances that may cause strong lingering scents in the room. For the comfort of all guests, all areas of the Motel are considered non-smoking, including but not limited to the following: the guest room, the guest bathroom, the patio area, the balcony area, in front of any other rooms, and in or around the lobby area. Guests should note that not all rooms are pet-friendly. Please review your booking carefully and call 435-789-1442 with any questions or concerns. Pets, including service animals, must be registered with the front desk, and are only allowed to stay in pet friendly rooms. Please review our pet policy for more information. Guests found to be in violation of such policies will be charged an additional fee of a minimum of $150.

Damage policy: 
Guests agree to the following when booking with Sage Motel directly or through third-party vendors: Please notify the front desk immediately upon any damage or breakage of equipment, linens, or furniture. Any damages or missing items will be the financial responsibility of the guest, and a summary will be made upon the Sage Motel’s inspection of the room following check-out. While typical wear and tear is to be expected, please treat Sage Motel’s equipment, furniture, and linens with care to ensure additional charges will not be made. Replacement of such items willincur a fee based on the face value of the missing and or damaged items, at minimum of $50. 

Cooking Policy: Guests agree to the following when booking with Sage Motel directly or through third-party vendors: Cooking is strictly prohibited in the Motel’s guest rooms. Plugging in additional appliances is a known fire hazard. Instead, guests are encouraged to make use of the room’s refrigerators and microwaves, as well asour picnic area and grill. Guests looking for accommodations with cooking capabilitiesmay consider our motel apartment extended stay options, which offer gas stoves and ovens, just like apartment. Any violations of this policy will incur min $100 fee. 

Pet Requirements:
Guests agree to the following when booking with Sage Motel directly or through third-party vendors:  
All pets, including service animals, may only stay in pet-friendly rooms. All pets must be registered with the office. In the event you have mistakenly booked a non-pet-friendly room, please contact435-789-1442 to amend your reservation. Please review your booking carefully, as per policy, Sage Motel will have to charge extra an additional $15 per night for cleaning fee .Failure to report a pet will incur a minimum $100 fee. Guests may have up to two pets weighing under 40 lbs, or one over 40 lbs per room. Each pet must already be house broken and must remain leashed in public areas and are not allowed in the breakfast lobby and or the laundry room. The Sage Motel has small green areas for pet relief for bigger lawn/ park please refer to the vernal map.

ADA compliance
Sage Motel is known for its heritage and charm. The building was originallybuilt in 1973, and was most recently renovated in 2008. Unfortunately, thefacility does not have an elevator, however, guests requiring ADAaccommodations may still stay on our first floor. The Sage Motel offers ample free parking alongsideits other amenities. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and can befound adjacent to 54 W Main Street. Larger vehicles are recommended to enterfrom the back entrance along N 100 W St. 
Guests Park at their own risk,and Sage Motel shall not be liable for any loss or damages or injuries to anyvehicles or other personal property or other persons occurring while staying at the properties..
