Terms and Conditions
Parking: Accommodations have personal parking spaces to correspond with the number of bedrooms booked.
Taxes: A 7% sales tax and 4% bed tax are charged to your stay. There is no sales taxes charged if your stay is 7 nights or longer. There is no bed tax if your stay is thirty days or longer.
Pets: We accept pets and charge you a pet fee per night of $30. We trust you will use a pooper scooper, leash, not let them shake off on guests or climb onto the beds when wet or leave them alone in your cottage unless crated. We do not know your pet, and assume you are the best parent.
Late Check In: The office is opened from 10-6pm seven days a week and often longer. Maintenance staff is on the property by 7am. If you are checking in after 6pm we would like to have you call our office to make arrangements for a late check in. There is no fee for arriving in the evening.
Lake Check Out: If no one is coming into your cottage, you can request a late check out. No charge to 3 pm. $50 charge to 6 pm. After 6 pm it is an extra day.
Firewood: Is available on the property for $1 per log. We use the honor system. You take what you need and leave the money with us during the day.
Fishing: Most popular fish is small Bass. There is no charge for fishing. Bait is sold nearby.
Boating: Kayaks, rowboats, pedal boats, Aqua Cycle or SUP Boards are all FREE. Just take a life vest and stay in the Bay...return and put away.
Swimming: Someone over the age of 18 must be on land at all times if there is someone else swimming at the Beach. We are all life guards.
Jet Ski, Pontoon Boat and River Rafting: are available with a 10% discount with your package.
