Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellations or modifications must be received no later than 72 hours before the arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to 100% of the stay including tax in the room category booked. Any non-arrivals will be charged an amount equal to 100% of the stay including tax in the room category booked.
Maximum Room Occupancy: Occupancy per guestroom is a maximum of two adults (21 years or older). A penalty fee of $100.00 will be added to each night for each extra person detected staying in a room.
Amenities Fee: The $25 per night fee is applied to each night. Amenities fee includes daily passes to Health Spa Napa Valley, in-room beverages, onsite covered parking, and fiber internet access.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel. A fee of $300.00 will be assessed if management determines that a pet has been in the room.
No Smoking: Wydown Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. A cleaning fee of $300.00 will be assessed for any detection that a guest is or has been smoking within the building.
Incidental Charges: Any incidental charges will be billed directly to the guest upon discovery of any damages to Wydown Hotel property by the guest upon check out.
Lost Items: Wydown is not liable for any loss/damages of personal belongings. Each guestroom is provided with a safe box.
No Shows: An amount equal to 100% of the stay including tax in the room category booked will be charged to the credit card for non-arrivals.
