Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation/Modification of Bookings
Cancellation or modification has to be made 72 hours before the actual check-in date. Otherwise, no refund will be granted for any late notice given less than 72 hours before the actual check-in date. Pls note that cancellation is not applicable for all non-refundable bookings.
Currently, credit/debit card details (provided during booking process) are collected for verification purposes only. Full payment may or may not be charged to your credit/debit card before the actual check-in at our hotel.
All refunds shall be subject to any administrative charges imposed by bank/Paypal/Stripe or any mode of payment as arranged by the Hotel.
No-Show/Shorten Stay
Full stay per room will be charged to your credit/debit card for NO SHOW.
If a guest decides to shorten his stay, the Hotel will impose a one night room charge as a last-minute cancellation, and refund the balance either through cash, credit card, Paypal, Stripe or any mode of payment as arranged by the Hotel. Administrative charges imposed by bank/Paypal/Stripe will be deducted accordingly.
This policy does not apply to selected offers or room packages which are non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Security Deposit
A security deposit of RM50.00 (in CASH) per room/booking is required upon check-in for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation upon check-out.
Tourism Tax
With effect from 1 September 2017, a Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night is applicable for all bookings from non-Malaysian guests as per the regulations set out by the Malaysian Government. This is to be collected during check-in on behalf of the Malaysian Government. The tourism tax of RM10 per room per night is not included in the room rate and will be collected separately during check-in (IN CASH). Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents are exempted.
A 6% Government’s Sales & Service Tax (SST) is also applicable for all room rates or goods sold at our Hotel. The SST rate will be revised to 8% with effect from 1st March 2024 under Budget 2024 as announced by the Malaysian Government.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time starts from 15:30 onwards, and check-out time is on or before 12:00 noon.
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer an immediate access to your room (before 15:30), we recommend reserving from the prior night to guarantee immediate access to your room. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel.
Early check-in request, between 7:00 AM and 15:30 PM, is always subject to availability of room/s.
Extension of check-out time is always subject to availability of room/s.
A full day rate shall be imposed for late check-out after 12:00 noon.
Surcharge may apply during peak seasons, eve of public holidays, convention & exhibition periods.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate room rental as it deems fit without prior notice.
The Hotel reserves the right to review room rates as and when it deems necessary. Guests will be advised of any revision upon check-in.
Minimum age for check-in and register for a room is 18 years old.
Child & Extra Beds Policy
All Children are welcome at our Hotel. One child under 12-year-old may stay free of charge when using existing bed with adults.
Children from 12 years of age and above shall be considered as an adult for the purposes of all reservations, and an extra charge of RM30 per room per night shall apply.
Extra bedding (if applicable) is charged at RM30 per night.
No-Meal Plan
No meal is included in our room rates.
Damage of Hotel Properties
The guests shall be responsible for the replacement / reinstatement of any items damaged through misuse or other act of abuse. This shall apply whether the damage was deliberate or accidental.

No parking facility is available at the Hotel. If you need parking facility, kindly call our Hotel general line at +603-2022 3333 so that our staff can guide you to the nearby parking spaces.
Luggage Storage
We do provide luggage storage free of charge (no valuable items pls).
