To confirm your reservation, a deposit will be charged on your credit card or PayPal of the full amount of the reservation upon reservation. In case the guest does not arrive or leaves the property before check out date, no refund will be made.

Picuas does receive pets upon request (extra charge of 50 USD). Please advice before arrival.
