Property and Cancelation Policies :
When you make a reservation with us, the space is assigned to you and is no longer available to our other guests. 75% refund will be given if we can rent out your space to another guest.
A full refund is given to guests who cancel within 48 hours of booking.
Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT
The resort requires a 30% deposit to hold your reservation (guests are given 72 hours to make payment).
ADVANCE PURCHASE RESERVATIONS will require 100% payment at the time of booking, and are non-refundable.
If payment is not made within 72 hours, space will be released for other guests to rent.
The remaining balance is due three to four weeks prior to your arrival. If your booking date is three weeks or less before your arrival, full payment is required.
We accept electronic transfer payments (via info@ahmiclakeresort.com), debit cards, and major credit cards (a 2% service charge is applied).
OTHER FEES & CHARGES
Pet Fee - Ahmic Lake Resort is a pet-friendly facility. The resort charges $50 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per property).
Tax - 13% Government required tax
EVENTS AND FUNCTIONS
You can rent for 2 or the entire magnificent collection that can house up to 50 guests for a re-union or function.
