Terms and Conditions
Reservations during the Summer are on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. During the Spring and Fall, we offer both weekly and daily reservation options, with a two-night minimum.
For Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day and/or Columbus Day), we require a three-night minimum reservation.
A deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival at the beginning of your stay.
Check-in time is 3:30pm and check-out time is 10:00am. During the Spring and Fall earlier arrival and later departure will sometimes be permitted. Check with us.
Portable cribs are available at no cost.
Firewood is provided for wood stoves and fireplaces. Separate wood is available for outside bon fires. Check with us.
Bed linens and blankets are furnished. Towels, toiletries and crib linens are not provided.
For the convenience of our guests, we have a self serve laundry room at the Farmhouse. Please bring your own detergent, etc.
We accept payment by cash, personal check, most credit cards, Venmo and PayPal.
Due to the family atmosphere of our property, we require those making reservations to be 22 years and older.
Quiet hours start at 10pm.
