Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
+ Guest must cancel 14 days prior to check-in date to receive a refund(minus the canc. fee)
+ Holidays/Holiday Periods, special events, or group reservations require 4 weeks notice for cancellation. If cancellation happens within 4 weeks of reservation, the deposit on the reservation will become the cancellation fee. Holiday periods include Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Holiday window, and Christmas Holiday window.

Pet Policy: We allow up to 2 dogs, we ask that your pets not be left in the cabin unattended (even if left in a cage/kennel) or not allowed on any furniture or bedding. Your pet must always be on a leash when outside of your cabin. Any extra cleaning required or damages needing repair will be added to your bill after your stay.
Smoking Policy: All Rooms/Venues and event spaces are non-smoking areas. If smoking occurs in a room $250.00 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Late Stay Policy: Late stays are subject to availability and a $25.00 and are not guaranteed. Call the office on the day of your desired late stay to check availability. NO LATE STAYS ON FRIDAY ORSATURDAY.
