Breeze Point at Ocean

Our idea of building Breeze Point came from our owner Jose J. Reguero then loved to stay on property during vacation to cook, work, clean and do every day to day things,but in a Luxury Apartment ,with privacy and not big building crowd, something more relaxing like home feeling. We are building a new Roof Top to accommodate space for special occasion, Corporate activity's or to have a spa, will be Open on 2019.

Overlooking Ocean Park Beach, on the Atlantic coast, Breeze Point at Ocean provides you with a unique experience of a relax stay in our Luxury Apartments and villas which are located in Ocean Park, Midtown, San Juan.

The airy suites, apartments or rooms include minibars, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs with premium channels, coffee makers, air conditioner, real beds and sitting areas. Depending on the guest request some of them have balconies or terraces, an extra sofa bed and/or kitchens. Some of our security features are: smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

We will be available through your reservation and during your stay. It will be our pleasure to assist you in any need that you may have while staying with us. We can also assist you with tickets, tours, shows, restaurants, things to do and coordinate special occasions upon request.

If the check in time is late, we will provide you with transportation from the airport and a security code so you can access your room.
