FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED OF GUESTS PER UNIT?
For maximum allowed per unit (studio and loft) is 4 pax.
CAN I CHECK IN EARLY?
We apologize as the earliest check-in time is 2:00 PM. Our staff will need time to disinfect the unit after the guests before you checkout. We hope you understand.
CAN I REQUEST FOR LATE CHECK OUT?
Late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability. If there is no guest due to check in, late check-out until 2PM is allowed at half the price of the room rate. Meanwhile, late check-out until 6PM is allowed at full room rate.
DO YOU HAVE A WASHER AND DRYER?
There is a washer but NO dryer in the unit.
ARE VISITORS ALLOWED?
Yes, visitors are allowed but not overnight stay. The building administration only allows visiting hours between 9am to 11pm.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please message us if you want your visitors to be registered as guests. Extra charge of P500 per stay may or may not be applied, depending on the number of guests you booked online.
DO YOU HAVE A NETLIFX or LOCAL CHANNELS?
We apologize as we can no longer provide Netflix accounts to our guests due to recent changes in Netflix's policies. Youtube meanwhile can still be watched on TV.
Local and international channels are not available. You may watch Netflix on TV using your own account.
WHAT ABOUT PARKING?
No parking included in the booking. Parking in the property is unfortunately not available to guests. There are paid street parking and parking garages around the building.
IS SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT ALLOWED?
No smoking in the unit and common areas of the building. Smoking in the unit will incur penalty. Designated smoking areas are located on the 3rd floor.
WHERE CAN WE LEAVE OUR LUGGAGES BEFORE CHECK-IN?
We apologize as we have no storage facilities. The front desk doesn't allow luggages to be left with them.
