Policies -
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATIONS AT THE MAIN RESORT ARE AS FOLLOWS: Full Payment at time of booking. Guest can cancel 48 hrs. prior to arrival for a full refund less $10 per room-per night, per reservation, processing fee. After the 48 hr. window, this reservation is non-refundable. Any changes to Booking may result in extra charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RIVER HOUSE, CCC HOUSE, AND OUR LOFT HOUSE: Full Payment at time of booking. If cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival; there will be a 5% cancellation fee assessed on total stay. If cancelled after the 48 hour cancellation policy this reservation is non-refundable. Any changes to Booking may result in extra charges.

**POOL RULES: Coolers, Speakers, Glass Containers, Outside Food/Beverage, Smoking is not permitted on the pool deck.
There will be an incidental soft hold taken at time of check-in of $100.00. You will need to have a credit card that we can use for this or the Credit Card on file with you. Damages: Guests are 100% financially responsible for any damage to the guest room, furniture, and fixtures. Guest will be charged for 100% of damages found after check out. Every room is fully inspected by staff upon check out. Contact us immediately for any questions/concerns.

Lodge Queen Room-1 Queen Bed -Lodge Double-2 Full Size Beds-Pool Side Queen - 1 Queen Bed -Pool Side Double Queen - 2 Queen Beds - Pool Side King - 1 King Bed -All Suite Rooms - 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Size Pull out Sofa Sleeper. If you would like an extra rollaway bed, we have them available at $35/night fee.(King Suite Rooms, Lodge Queen Rooms, OR, Pool Side Queen Rooms ONLY)

DINING:-Breakfast is served in the Silver Saddle Restaurant 7am to 11:00 am daily.*Breakfast is not included in your room rate.
-Lunch and Dinner are served in the Snowy Mountain Pub & Brewery, and Biergarten. 11am to 9pm daily.-Holiday and Special Event Menus offered throughout the Seasons. Please call for information and reservations.

POLICIES: The Saratoga Hot Springs Resort has a NO PET POLICY and a NO SMOKING policy. Our Food/Beverage Policy: No coolers allowed on porches or in guests rooms. (In the case of a medication need, please inform our staff at time of reservation or at check in.)Please call the front desk to reserve a pet kennel if you are traveling with your furry friends. $20/night.
LOCATION and DIRECTIONS: Saratoga Hot Springs Resort is located at 601 East Pic Pike Road - Saratoga, WY 82331Summer Directions (Memorial Day to Labor Day): Approaching Laramie, take the Snowy Range Exit 311 (Scenic Byway WY-130) and turn left. Travel approximately 1 mile and then turn right onto WY-130. Travel through the Medicine Bow National Forest on the Snowy Range Road approximately 70 miles to the intersection of WY-130 and WY-230.Turn right on 130 heading to the town of Saratoga, approximately 8 miles. In Saratoga, turn right on Bridge Street. Travel one block, go over the bridge and take the first right. The road makes a sharp curve to the left and you are now on Pic Pike Rd. The Saratoga Hot Springs Resort is on the right. *Note: Snowy Range Scenic Byway is closed seasonally from approx. September 30th until the end of May31st. Dial 511 or check www.wyoroad.info for current closures or advisories.Winter Directions (Labor Day to Memorial Day) From Laramie continue West on I-80 for 76 miles, take the Walcott Exit 235 and head south on
WY-130 for 20 miles until you reach Saratoga. In Saratoga, turn left on Bridge Street. Travel one block, go over the bridge and take the first right. The road makes a sharp curve to the left and you are now on Pic Pike Rd. The Saratoga Hot Springs Resort is on the right.
