We offer 4 houses in New Hampshire close to a lake. Every house has a fully fenced in yard with a firepit and outdoor seating, deck with patio furniture to have a nice outdoor dinner, propane grill, full kitchen. We have air-conditioning, free high-speed WiFi internet, smart tv for streaming, linens provided for each guest. All our houses are dog friendly and also kid friendly equipped with crib/ stroller/high chair and a lot of games for young and old.

- No Smoking inside under any circumstance (including all substances, manner and methods)
- Bring your own firewood for the fire pit, do not use the fire pit when there are high winds. we are in the woods.
- do not move furniture around, if you do, please put it back where it was when you checked in.
- Charges for service calls and damages resulting from renter negligence will be billed to the renter.
- Check-In time is 4pm. Check-Out time is 10am.
- Checking in - A few days in advance of your reservation, you will receive a welcome e-mail with all the details. During off season you will be notified if you can check in early or check out late.
- Checking out: We'd appreciate your throwing out any trash into the dumpster on your way out, closing all windows, shutting off all fans and air conditioners. Put all used linen (leave comforters on beds/couches and take covers off) and towels by the washer. Please clean grill after using it and pick up after your pooch.
