Terms and Conditions
Check-in: Check-in is any time after 3PM. Office is normally open until 8PM, after that all late check-in's will be charged to the credit card on file and keys put out in the box by the front door. Cash paying MUST arrive before closing time to recieve keys. NO CREDIT CARD ON FILE, NO KEYS.
Check-out: Check-out is at 11AM. If you require a later check-out or an additional night, please contact the office before 10AM on the day of scheduled departure. There is a $20.00 late check out fee up until 2PM, after that will require another full night's charge.
Early check-in's, late check-out's & additional nights are not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy; All hotel room reservations have a 24-hr cancellation policy. Any changes and cancellations must be made 24-hrs prior to 3:00 PM(EST) on the scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations received within the 24-hr period will incur one night's room and tax charge to the credit card on file.
Pet Policies: Pets are allowed at the price of $10 a night per room & $20 a night for cottage, per pet based on available rooms or cottages. There is no weight limit. Should it be determined that excessive disturbance or damages on finishes, furniture or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligance of the guest and their pets, the hotel reserves the right to deduct additional charges from the credit card on file for damages.
Age Restrictions: Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in without a parent or legal guardian. A vaild government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification.
No in room Party Policy: NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ANYTIME. To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the hotel and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. Iin event of a disturbance, one warning will be given to reduce noise. If the warning is not followed the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel.
Payment Policy: In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed at the time of check-in, all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided. All credit cards will be charged at time of check-in. All cash paying guest must pay at check-in. If determined that damages have taken place at the hotel by the guest, the hotel reserves the right to deduct additional charges from the credit card on file for the damages.
