* Non-Refundable Reservations If you change or cancel your booking you will not receive a refund or credit to use for a future stay. This policy will apply regardless of COVID-19, subject to any local consumer laws.
* All other Special / Promotional or Standard Rates.
- For reservations Confirmed with a 30 day cancel policy or more prior to check-in date: Refund issued to guest Credit Card minus (1 Night Room & Tax service Fee.)
- For reservations cancelled 29 days or less prior to check-in date: Reservation Becomes Non-Refundable.

The following information is intended to make your arrival and stay with us as smooth and as enjoyable as possible. (We Are an ADULT Only Hotel 21 and Older)
PAYMENT / PRICING / TAXES - Full Prepayment Required at time of booking to guarantee any reservation. (Please Check your CANCELLATION POLICY)
For your convenience, Zona Z Boutique Hotel accepts the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. (Unfortunately, no prepaid credit cards are accepted.)
** Any reservation cancelled will be charged a 1 nights Room & Tax penalty fee.
In the event payment is declined at time of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled, and an email notification will be sent to guests from Zona Z management.
Hotel room rates are established by management and subject to change without notice, Taxes are excluded from published room rate.
Tax structure per Mexican Government 16% sales tax & 3% Hotel tax for Total of 19%.
PROPERTY FEE:
Zona Z Boutique hotel has implemented a Property Fee effective April 2nd,2022, for any future reservations booked.
QUIET TIME POLICY - In the interest of all guests, and according to local ordinances, all guests are asked to respect quiet hours from 10:00 P.M to 8:00 A.M., whereby no noise should be heard outside guest rooms, public areas or outdoors. During all other times we ask all to be considerate of your fellow guests.
MANAGEMENT ACCESS - We reserve the right to access any and all rooms anytime, accommodations and facilities, as may be required for cleaning, maintenance, safety and the enforcement of house, municipal and state policies. We thank you for your cooperation.
PET POLICY - No Pets allowed in the building. Thank you for your understanding. (service animals accepted.)
NO SMOKING - Smoking is Not permitted in guest suites. For the comfort of all guests Smoking is allowed outdoors Only. Please be advised that if smoking of any substance has occurred in your room, you will be charged a minimum of $250.00 to clean and deodorize the room.
