BOOKING TERMS

In booking accommodation with Sydney Airport Suites (“we”), you ("theCustomer", “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Online Bookings:
Sydney AirportSuites uses its best efforts to ensure that the information available on itswebsite is accurate. However, no guarantee is provided by Sydney Airport Suitesthat the site is free from errors or faults.
Sydney AirportSuites does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves theright to change information published on the site at any time.
Sydney AirportSuites does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arisingout of the use of or connected with its website or for any products or servicespurchased from its website.
How to Book /Quotes and Reservations:
Bookings can bemade over the internet at www.airportsuites.com.au or by callingour Reservations Department on + (61) 430 993 293.
Reservations aresubject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking.
Verbal quotesare valid for 24 hours only. Any verbal quote given is only an estimate of theprice, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of thereservation.
Deposit:
A depositpayment must be received immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of thisdeposit will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions.
Final Payment:
Full paymentmust be received at least twenty eight (28) days prior to check in. Forbookings made less than seven (7) days prior to check in, full payment isrequired at time of booking via credit card.
If deposit orfinal payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancelthe booking. Confirmation and invoices are subject to reissue if incorrectthrough error or omission and you accept the liability to then pay the correctcost.
Payment Options
Credit Cardpayments only are accepted for online bookings. Prices quoted are in AUD andall payments must be made in AUD. A 2% credit card surcharge fee will becharged for Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard and 3% surcharge will be applied forAmex and Diners club cards.
Cancellations:
A minimum of 14days notice (received in writing/email) for all cancellations/alterations isrequired when booking directly through our website. Where less than14 days notice is provided a 50% cancellation fee will apply.Where less than 7 days notice is provided the full deposit will be forfeited.Payments by Credit card will only be refunded to the same credit card. Creditcard admin fees are non-refundable. *Please note that these conditions onlyapply for bookings made through our website. Third party websites havedifferent cancellation policies. Please contact them directly to find out more.
Amendments toDate or Property:
A minimum offourteen (14) days notice required for any amendments to bookings, otherwisefurther charges may be incurred, at the discretion of Sydney Airport Suites.Changes must be received in writing and acknowledged by the management.
Rates andChanges:
Rates may bechanged at any time. Prices listed are in AUD and are inclusive of GST whereapplicable. Rates do not include existing or proposed taxes and governmentcharges, unless otherwise indicated.
Any verbal quotegiven is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written adviceon confirmation of the reservation. The price of your accommodation cannot beguaranteed until full payment is received.
ApartmentServicing:
Apartments areserviced on the 8th day of a stay or as requested and paid for.
Check In andCheck Out:
Standard checkin is 2pm and standard check out is 10am. These times may vary, please confirmthese times upon booking.
For guaranteedarrival prior to 2pm, a room must be reserved from the previous night andtherefore includes an additional nightly charge.
Guests that needto check-in before or after our reception business hours (check each buildingbusiness hours) must send a clear photo copy of the Photo ID and Credit cardused for the booking, and sign the rego form for special arrangement to pick upkeys.
Late check-out,up to 12 noon, is at our discretion and must be requested at time of check in.No guarantee can be provided as to the availability of late check out. Latecheck out after 12 noon will incur the following additional charges:
12 noon to 2pm –50% of full daily rate
After 2pm thefull daily rate applies
Room Allocation:
In the unlikelyevent of a situation whereby Sydney Airport Suites cannot provide accommodationas previously confirmed, for whatever reason, we will use our best efforts toprovide you with alternative accommodation within a Sydney Airport Suitesmanaged building, of equal or better grading. Should there not be theavailability of alternative accommodation of equal or better grading in thevicinity of the original booking, it may be required to provide you withaccommodation of a lesser grading. If this is the case, any reduction in costswill be refunded to you.
The alternativesoffered are at Sydney Airport Suites’s discretion.
Accommodation:
Whilst care istaken to ensure that the description of facilities and services provided atyour accommodation destination is accurate, these are continually beingchanged, upgraded, and on occasion, taken out of service. If anyfeature/facility is essential to you in choosing a particular property, it isadvisable that you check this at time of booking. Sydney Airport Suites cannotbe held liable for omissions or errors, whether temporary or permanent of aproperty's facilities and services.
Property roomphotos may not be specific to actual room allocated. Photos are indicativeonly. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types.
SpecialRequests:
Whilst weattempt to satisfy all special requests, we are unable to provide a guarantee.
BookingArrangements:
The personeffecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions onbehalf of all persons named in the booking. We will require the names of allguests occupying the premises for security.in case of lost keys and if we needto be of assistance.
Under 18's:
All clientsunder the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individualover the age of 18, the property has the right to refuse any booking, when thelegal guardian over 18 cannot provide current photo ID if requested prior to orupon check in.
Responsibility:
Sydney AirportSuites both for itself and on behalf of their employees or agents do not acceptany responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves,their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goodswhatsoever or however the same may be caused. You agree that:
Sydney AirportSuites will not be liable for any accident, injury, delay, property damage orpersonal loss to you or those staying with you in connection with anyaccommodation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from anyoccurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to actsof terrorism, act of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay,cancellation, civil disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes initinerary or schedule.
Every effort ismade to ensure that information displayed on the Sydney Airport Suites websiteand any Sydney Airport Suites material or publications are correct. Informationand rates are subject to change without notice.
Liability islimited by the innkeepers act 1968.
Sydney AirportSuites only accepts instructions on the above terms.
No Party Policy:
Our No PartyPolicy, which all guests have signed and agreed to upon registration at thefront desk, will be strictly enforced.
Any person(s)found to be creating excessive noise, having a party or excessive gathering intheir apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evictedwithout refund or be charged additional person rates.
Our intent, as aserviced apartment accommodation provider, is for all our guests to enjoy thecomfort and facilities we offer. Visitors of registered overnight guests mustnot remain in the apartment overnight.
Any visitor of aregistered overnight guest is the responsibility of the guest and the guestwill bear the costs and/or consequences of the actions of their guest(s).

PRIVACY POLICY

The following statement sets out SydneyAirport Suites policy relating to the collection, storage and use of personalinformation. Our purpose is to assure anyone who does business with us that SydneyAirport Suites will comply with both the letter and spirit of the Privacy Act1988.
