Property and Cancellation Policies :
A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 07:00 to 12:00 hours and late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 hours.
Room not occupied by 22:00 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made. Reservation would only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card/Bank Transfer
Requests for specific bed types and smoking preferences will be accommodated, based on availability on arrival at the hotel.
Cancellations/amendments made after 12 noon, after 7 days prior to the check-in date: One night’s room rate will be charged to the guest’s credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
No shows and early check-outs will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable.
A full room rate will be chargeable for check in 0700 hours or check out after 1800 hours.
Guarantee by credit card: Reservation is allowed to modify/cancel online on your own before 48 hours prior to the arrival date and no cancellation fees. Should you wish to make full payment in advance, please contact our Central Reservation to discuss your detail.
Cancellation/ No Show Policy:
Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by fax or email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 3 days (48 hours) before arrival for FIT bookings and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings in order to avoid a charge of 1 night’s stay to be imposed. All guests must produce a valid passport upon Check-in: For any early Check-out, there will be one night early check-out penalty to be imposed. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night's rate will be charged.
Non Refundable Rate:
For the nonrefundable bookings are no cancellation or changes possible. In case of a cancellation, 100% of fee total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
Group booking (3 rooms and more):
Guests booking more than 2 rooms are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance. If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Sanae Hotel Chiang Mai reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event guest leaves earlier than the original departure date.
Guests with non-cancel able reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.
Only registered guests with valid identification will be issued additional key cards or be allowed access into the hotel room by Hotel management, in case key cards are misplaced or lost.
Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. Sanae Hotel management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms. In Room Safes are provided and recommended for guest use.
Photo ID proof issued by government compulsory for all occupants including sharer.
Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage tohotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whomthey are responsible.
