Terms and Conditions
* The Hostel works with a Self-check-in System, it does not have a reception. However, you will be assisted remotely at all times.
* Once you complete your reservation and make payment, you will receive our confirmation email, and the instructions to do the Self-check-in. The price will be charged in Chilean pesos and Hotel Imperio will appear on your invoice.
* The Hostal Puerta Roja will provide accommodation to the person in whose name the reservation was made (the “main passenger”) and to the exact number of accompanying people included in the reservation of each room. All guests must have their documentation up to date (passport and PDI).
* It is prohibited to invite people who are not staying at the establishment.
* Passengers 2 years and older must be included in the reservation, as an adult passenger.
* You assume financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
* To make any purchase, you must be over 18 years of age, making the purchase for personal use, and have the legal capacity to make the transaction.
* You guarantee that all information you provide to us is true and accurate.
* There will be no reservation contract between you and Hostel Puerta Roja, unless the Hotel accepts your reservation and confirms it via email. Acceptance will be considered made and will be considered communicated to you effectively for all purposes at the time Hostal Puerta Roja sends you the email, or Booking chat, regardless of whether you receive it or not.
* If, as a result of Force Majeure, Hostal Puerta Roja is forced to restrict, alter or cancel a reservation and/or any of the agreed services, the client will not have the right to claim compensation for any of the losses caused by the aforementioned restriction, alteration or cancellation. The term “Force Majeure” includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fires and any other destruction of any of the reserved accommodations, riots, actions of civil or international war, natural disasters, fires, exercises of municipal authority, legislative, military or other, attacks, industrial actions, or any other reason beyond the control of Hostal Puerta Roja.
* The guest cannot make annoying noises, disturb public order, introduce pets, among other actions.
* Parking is on the sidewalk.
* Hostal Puerta Roja reserves the rights of admission.
* Check-in 3 pm. Check-out 11 am.
* Late check-out with previous confirmation.
* Breakfast from 7am - 10am.
* Each guest is responsible for their belongings.
* Refunds will be made according to the cancellation policies.
* These Terms and Conditions of Use contain the entire agreement between Hostal Puerta Roja and the Client and supersede any prior understanding or agreement (whether oral or written) on the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified unless expressly agreed in writing with Hostal Puerta Roja. *
