Terms and Conditions
Every reservation is subject to all local, state and federal taxes. Hope, Alaska is on the Kenai Peninsula and subject to 3% borough fee.
Every reservation will accrue a $25 cleaning fee.
While we love pets, we cannot allow animals in the cabins or on the grounds; the only exception is the Bridge Cabin which can have on dog on approval.
Check in is 3-8 pm on the day of arrival; late arrival must be pre-arranged with management via email.
Check out is any time prior to 11 am on the day of departure.
A $75 charge will be added if the bear spray is deployed or missing from the cabin after departure.
A $125 charge will be incurred if the room key is missing from the cabin after departure.
No candles or fireworks or fire arms are allowed on the property.
No open flame is allowed outside of the designated fireplace areas. Burn bans are in place for the Kenai Peninsula during certain times of the year and must be strictly followed.
No garbage is allowed outside of the cabin due to wildlife.
Parking is on-site and available at no cost, however it is limited during busier times of the week and subject to availability.
No RVs or large vehicles may park in our limited parking area.
Hope Alaska's Bear Creek Lodge, dba Dirty Skillet, dba Six Mile Mermaid LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
No events or parties are permitted without written agreement from the lodge management.
All guests under 16 years old MUST wear a life jacket when on or near the pond.
Property quiet times are from 11 pm to 9 am.
The sauna is for adult use, and children must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
