Prices per night (tax not included):
Main House "Elm" Suite: $189
Main House "Walnut" Suite: $225
"Pine" Cottage: $245
"Oak" Cottage (ADA accessible): $245
Deposit:
A credit card deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required to hold a reservation.
Payment:
A debit or credit card payment is due in full at check in.
Check in and out times:
All Check-ins are contactless and begin at 3:30pm on day of check-in. Check out is at 11:00 am, key should be left at key return in the main house. For special needs and occasions please contact your Innkeeper.
Same day check in:
Due to the unique nature of our business, we do not allow same day booking. This allows us to properly prepare for our guests. All reservations must be made by 11 pm PST the day before your check in.

Breakfast: Breakfast is served at 9am in the main house unless otherwise discussed with innkeeper. To-go options are available if discussed ahead of time with innkeeper. A local breakfast is designed and cooked for guests by 1-2 innkeepers each morning. Menu will be posed on chalkboard in the main house.
Dietary Needs:
Please inform the innkeepers of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 24 hours prior to your check-in date if possible. We are happy to cook to suit your needs, but it's important we have advanced notice so we can plan accordingly.
Children:
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of our business and liabilities associated with our facility, all guests staying with us must be 17 years of age or older with at least one guest per room over the age of 18. 
Extra Bed:
It is possible to have three guests in a cottage with use of our roll away bed. A $45 fee (for bedding and extra breakfast) will be applied for a 3rd guest. 
Special Needs:
ADA access is available to the Oak Cottage, the lower level of the main house (including the front lobby, dining and sitting rooms) and the gardens.
Pets:
Service animals are welcome in the ADA accessible Oak Cottage, as well as the lower level of the main house. Other animals welcome in the Oak Cottage ($35 pet fee) with restrictions. All pets must accompanied by owners or kenneled at all times. If animal related damages occur fees will be assessed by innkeeper.  Please call or email innkeepers for more information.

Parking:
Parking is available on Cushing Street and behind the B&B using the gravel drive on 4th Avenue behind Phoebe's Pastry Cafe. Map showing parking will be provided on day of check-in.
Events:
The Marie may be rented in it's entirety for special occasions. Please contact the Innkeepers for more information. 
Liability:
The Marie B&B is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in vehicles. Guests are responsible for all personal items while on the property. Recovered items will be held in lost and found for a period of 30 days. 
Rooms are assessed after each check out. Any missing or broken items will be charged to the credit card with which the reservation is booked. 
“Green” linen option:
If you are staying multiple nights and would like to help us conserve resources by reusing your towels, simply hang them back up and we will know to let them be. If you’d like fresh towels, leave your used ones on the floor and we will bring you a fresh set. Sheets will be changed every other day for guests staying multiple days.
Quiet hours:
Quiet times in the main house and the gardens are from 9:30 pm – 7 am, as a guideline and courtesy to other guests, and neighbors of the residential area. 
Smoking, candles, incense:     
Smoking, lighting candles and/or incense in either the main house or the cottages are prohibited. A smoking area with an ash tray is available in the north garden. Electronic candles are available for rooms upon request.
