Property and Cancelation Policies :
All cancellations incur a $50 administrative fee per room, there are no exceptions. All cancellations must be confirmed by the inn via email.
For reservations of 1-4 rooms, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
For reservations of 5 or more rooms, complete payment is required at the time of booking. Group bookings are not refundable for any reason.
Cancellations with 8 or more days notice are fully refundable, minus the $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations or date changes with less than 8 days notice are subject to the full cost of the reservation.
Early departures are not refundable.
Our area can have inclement weather. We will not issue refunds due to weather or illness. We encourage you to obtain travel insurance.
Terms and Conditions
- As a small business, Old Dutch Inn is not staffed 24 hours a day. Contactless check-in is facilitated with unique keypad access codes for the building and individual guestrooms. We hope you will find everything you need for your stay in your guestroom however, a 24/7 service number is provided for ad hoc or emergency situations. Keypad and 24/7 Guest Services number will be provided on your arrival day.
- Housekeeping prepares rooms between guests. Upon request, we are happy to provide a room refresh during your stay. For guests staying more than 2 nights, rooms will be serviced after the 2nd night.
- Old Dutch Inn is a smoke free property. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in rooms, common ways or on the porches. If smoking or vaping is detected, a $500 cleaning fee per room will be charged, guests will be asked to leave the property and will forfeit the remainder of their stay without refund.
- Quiet hours run 10pm until 7am. Old Dutch Inn is a historic property within which sound travels easily. We invite you to use our facility for general entertainment but strict adherence to quiet hours is required. Guests who fail to obey quiet hours will be subject to a fine of $500 and may forfeit the remainder of their reservation.
- NYS law allows for the private consumption of alcoholic beverages within guest rooms only. As an unlicensed facility, Old Dutch Inn can not sell alcohol products or allow for its consumption in public areas.
- Listening to loud music is prohibited - if it is detectable outside of your guestroom, it is considered loud.
- Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcomed, all other furry friends, including therapy animals, can not be accommodated.
- A Dream On Me stationary baby crib and Graco Greenguard Gold Certified Premium mattress (or comparable crib and mattress) are offered free of charge upon request and subject to availability.
- All items in the room are property of Old Dutch Inn. Guests will be charged the retail value for any missing or damaged property.
