Terms and Conditions
RESERVATION POLICY:
EHP Resort & Marina maintains a 2-night minimum on all weekend bookings from April 1st through October 31st and a 3-night minimum on holiday weekends. We charge 50% of the stay deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance 30 days prior to arrival. EHP has the right to cancel your reservation if the prepayment deposit of the stay is not received at least 30-days prior to your arrival day. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email after cancelling your booking. Must be 21 years old to check-in. Must have a valid ID and matching credit card to check-in.
Resort fees are waived for reservations confirmed to stay in October. The adjustment and refund are processed upon check-out.
NON-SMOKING POLICY:
EHP Is a smoke free facility. Smoking is prohibited in all cottages and suites, the swimming pool, lawn and courtyard at EHP Resort & Marina. Should a guestroom be discovered to contain evidence of smoking, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to the guest’s folio.
INCIDENTALS:
Guests are responsible for incidentals. A valid photo ID and a matching credit card are required at check in. The incidental hold is $100/room.
PET POLICY:
We love our little fluffy friends at EHP! We charge a $150/day/pet cleaning fee. The fee also includes a pet bed and bowls, pets must be announced at check-in.
EHP at a Glance:
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Our Hotel Reception hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Please note that after 6:00 PM there is no hotel staff on site. Prior to your arrival, the Front Desk Team will be in contact to discuss your arrival time and share the check-in details. Directions from East Hampton: EHP is the second #295 on Three Mile Harbor Road Hog Creek Road, located just past Woodbine Drive. For use in GPS: 295 Three Mile Harbor Hog Creek Road, East Hampton, NY 11937. Please note EHP charges a nightly pet cleaning fee, all pets must be announced upon arrival.
