- Prices and Taxes:
- The VAT Tax (19%) will be charged to Colombians or foreigners with a Colombian ID. Foreigners with a tourism, business, or student VISA will not be charged eith this TAX.
- Check-in & Check-out: Check In time is stablished from 3:00 pm on, and Check Out is until 12:00 m. In case you need a late check out you must check availability with our front desk staff.
- Underage Policy: According to the what is stablished by the Colombian law, every underage person willing to enter the hotel must be accompanied by at least one of his/her parents.
- Precios e impuestos:
- El impuesto IVA (19%) será cobrado a personas nacionales de Colombia o Extranjeros con cédula de ciudadanía. Los personas extranjeras con visa de turismo, negocio o estudiantes serán exentos.
- Check-in & Check-out: La hora de check In está establecida a partir de las 3:00 pm (Hora Colombiana), y el Check Out se realizará a las 12:00 m (Hora Colombiana). En Caso de requerir Late Check Out se debe consultar la disponibilidad con el personal de la recepción.
- Menores de edad: Conforme a lo estipulado por la ley colombiana, todo menor de edad que vaya a ingresar a las habitaciones debe de comprobar su parentesco con la persona de la reserva o debe ir acompañado por su titular.
