❖ Payment: If we have not pre-charged your reservation, payment in cash or credit card will be processed on arrival.
❖ Check in is after 3PM and Check out by 12 noon. Special requests are based on availability.
❖ Epic Boutique hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables that are not locked inside private safe boxes in every room.
❖ Please respect the quiet hours in the hotel. Anything that disturbs the peace of other guests is prohibited.
❖ The hotel rooms and common areas must remain free of cigarette smoke.
❖ Epic is free of sex and drug tourism, illegal activity is reported to authorities.
❖ Any attempt to enter a minor without a legal guardian or fail to show a valid ID will be reported to authorities.
❖ Parties are not allowed, no noise, strict prostitution policy and strict guest policy: The reservation is for two people only you and your companion. If your companion leaves the hotel, and you decide to bring another one, the extra cost would be $100 USD paid in COP even though that person stays just for a little while (Only one change of companion allowed during the stay). It is important to clarify that the maximum occupation is just for two people at all moments..
❖ VAT Tax will be charged to Colombians and foreigners with a Colombian ID starting on January 2023. Foreigners with a tourism permit will not be charged for this TAX.
❖ By signing additional consumption at the restaurant, bar or minibar, you authorize Cingular Sorellanza S.A.S to charge the card taken as a guarantee during check in.
❖ Privacy Notice: I authorize Cingular Sorellanza S.A.S priorly, expressly and unequivocally to treat my personal data in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.
Epic Hotel does not allow the use of its facilities for the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, as framed within laws 1336, 1236, and 1329.
