1) NOTICE TO GUESTS: This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewellery or valuables of any kind.
2) ALL ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING. If it is discovered that you have smoked in the room you will be charged a $200.00 cleaning fee plus tax. This will be charged to your credit card that is on file.
3) X__________Pets are not allowed in the rooms without prior authorization, if it is discovered that you have had a pet in the room without authorization you will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee plus tax. If your pet is or is not authorized and soils, harms or destroys the carpeting or furnishings or is found to have been in or on the bed, you will be charged a minimum $100.00 cleaning or replacement fee. This will be charged to your credit card that is on file. DO NOT LEAVE DOGS UNATTENDED IN THE ROOM**WE DO NOT ACCEPT CATS
4) Check-out time is 11:00 AM. The person registering is responsible for all damages cause to room, furnishings and fixtures.
5) I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL HOUSE RULES.
