Property and Cancelation Policies :
20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 31 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 30 days before the start of the rental period, or in case of no show.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit paid and any remaining balance will be refunded.
Terms and Conditions
RATES
All rates are net/villa/night, quoted in USD.
Rates include the exclusive use of La Villa Des Sens and its facilities, as well as a one-time airport pick up for up to 6 people, daily breakfast and daily housekeeping.
Rates do not include gratuities, additional meals, cars/drivers and/or additional services requested.
Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 12:00pm.
EVENTS
Events are accepted at La Villa Des Sens providing that the manager is informed at least 3 days in advance and that the total number of guests does not exceed 20 people.
La Villa Des Sens reserves the right to collect an Event Fee based on the number of guests attending the event.
SAFETY & LIABILITY
La Villa Des Sens does not accept liability for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused by external event such a late flight, civil disturbance, nature disasters, acts of government and others that may occur; or any event that may occur from the use or condition of the property during the client's holiday or during any of the client’s activities during their holiday in Bali.
DAMAGES AND LOSSES
Clients are responsible for keeping La Villa Des Sens in good condition and will be required to reimburse the villa for any damages or losses caused by them. La Villa Des Sens also reserves the right to request the immediate termination of their stay without refund if the property sustains damages that are deemed excessive.
La Villa Des Sens reserves the right to take a refundable deposit of US$500 to cover eventual damages that might incur whilst clients are staying at the villa.
PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount including taxes has to be paid if the rental starts after 30 days or more, starting from the date of the booking confirmation. The deposit has to be paid within 2 working days of the booking confirmation in order to secure the booking. The balance of 50% has to be settled at the latest 30 days prior the scheduled arrival date.
The total rental amount has to be paid as a deposit if the rental starts after 30 days or less as of the date of the booking confirmation.
If payments are not made on or before the required dates, La Villa Des Sens reserves the right to cancel the booking, in which case the Rental Contract will be terminated without any further notice required. Cancellation charges may apply as detailed in the cancellation policy.
