Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation of finalized reservation
- No penalties to cancellation if notified by guest 24 hours prior to expected check-in date
- Should a cancellation occur within 24 hours of the guests scheduled check-in date, then said guest will be charged for one night's stay at the room they have reserved with prior to cancellation

Check-in time for overnight stay is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon the following day. There will be no adjustment in check-out time if the guest checks in later than 1p.m. There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day. Late checked-out will be charged accordingly with extra charge. Guest who come in earlier than the designated time may stay at the lobby waiting area at no additional cost.

- 15% Rate of Room Per Hour
- After 6 hours Full Rate for the night
- Toddlers & Infants have free accommodation up to 2 per room. Any more infants or toddlers will be counted as an extra occupant
- Room Keys - when leaving the premises or before going out to the beach, please indorse room keys to the front-desk employee. Php 1000 will be charged for a lost key
- Inventory- please do not remove inventory items. Do not take indoor furniture outdoors. Do not move furniture around from one room to another. Any items missing from a unit's inventory or any damages and losses of items inside the rooms belonging to the resort shall be charged to the room occupant. Moreover, Vandalism or any form of damage on resort property is subject to a Php1000 fine plus cost of replacement and repairs.
- Toilets and Drains - Be careful of what you flush down the toilet or let down the drain. Do not flush anything down the Toilet Bowul such as, paper towels, baby wipes, cotton balls, hygiene products, plastic wrappers, etc. Repairs that are the result of tenant negligence will be charged to the room occupants
- Stain and Damages - Please avoid staingin indoor furnishings. ink stains or stains from henna Tattoos are almost impossible to remove from linesns. hence, replacement/dagamed cost of stained linens, i.e. bedspreads, bed pads, blankets, curtains and towels will be charged to the guest accordingly. Also avoid or sitting on indoor furniture bedspreadds, etc. with wet swimsuits or while wearing suntain oil or lotion
- Keep your door locked when not in the room or when you are sleeping.
- Please park your car safely. Do not leave valueables inside your vehicle unattended. We will not be held liable for any losses or damages to your vehicle and / or property.
- Safety deposit boxes are available at the front office. We will not be responsible for any losses of valauble items and personal belongings left inside the room.
NO EATING INSIDE THE ROOMS
- Eating invites pests into the room. Please refrain from eating inside the rooms. This is due curtesy for the guests that come after you. Please show them the same curtesy that the guest before you showed to you.

DON ARC WHITE BEACH RESORT SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, BODILY INJURY, OR LOSS OF LIFE SUFFERED BY ANY GUEST ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WITHIN THE PREMISE. VISITORS AGREE TO RENDER DON ARC WHITE BEACH RESORT, ITS OWNER, ITS STAFF; FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY EQUIPMENT OR FACILITIES IN THE RESORT. FURTHERMORE ALL THE VISITORS BY VITURE OF THEIR RESERVATION ACKNOWLEDGE ALL THE RULES, REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES OF THE RESORT AND AGREE TO ABIDE WITH THEM
