Rustic Adirondack Cabin feel just minutes from the Village and a short walk down to the Lake! All of our lodging options are centrally located, and very close to each of our two swimming pools. We are close enough to the lake to catch that lake breeze and we have filtered lake views from some of our accomadations. Our property also has lake rights* to a small sandy beach, accessible via a short hike, where guests can take a refreshing dip in the refreshing waters of Lake George, or enjoy a kayak, canoe or row boat ride.
Cramer's Point Lake Breeze offers an array of ecclectic lodging option, including suites, Log Cabins, and two full size homes. All of our accommodations include BBQ grills and outdoor seating, and most include decks and patio sets as well. The property offers plenty of space to enjoy games, shuffle board, horsehoes, a playground, camp fires and so miuch more!

Property and Cancelation Policies :
-Anydeviation from this policy is at the discretion of the property manager andwill be fully reviewed with the Guest on a case by case basis; please contact usdirectly via phone. ·
-Total cost of reservation will be charged at or before check-in.·
-In case of a customer “no-show”, the total price of thereservation will be charged and is non- refundable without express agreementfrom the Property. ·
-Any refunds issued for cancellations of reservations paid forwith a credit card are subject to a cancellation charge of 5% of the requireddeposit, to cover the cost of merchant services and processing for therefunded payment. ·
-For your convenience, our courtesy ‘Re-Rental Policy Offer’ appliesto and is an option for all cancellations and is described following the policydetails. ·
-For stays between the 3rd weekend of September andmid-June:
14 days or more advance notice for full refund
7 days or more advance notice for 50% refund
Holiday & special event weekends during this time period: 30 days notice for fullrefund, 15 days for 50% (if paid in full)·
-For stays during the last week of June through the weekendafter Labor Day:
Cancellation prior to April 15th are eligible fora full refund.
Greater than 30 days, 50% of the total reservation cost shallbe considered non-refundable
If cancellation notice is less than 30 days prior to yourstay, the full cost of the reservation is considered to be payable in full.
3 bedroom cabin & house rental reservations will becharged in full in the event of cancellations less than 60 days prior, thereare no refunds, except as below.·
-Courtesy ‘Re-Rental Policy Pledge’ to our Guests:In the eventof a cancellation that falls within a non-refundable deposit or full payment timeframe, we will clear the dates and pledge to vigorously search for a replacementGuest. While we know that no Guest can replace our other valuable Guests in spirit,we do know also that our Guests and families value their dollar, and weearnestly wish to refund those payments, and to host a Guest that will have thebenefit of and enjoy their stay with us during that time. We also prefer torent and receive payment in-full, rather than a deposit, as we value our dollaras well. We always work hard to make sure our Guests, even those who mustcancel, are well taken care of!
Terms and Conditions
Cleaning Fee: $30 fee standard for all reservations assessed at the time of reservation. House rentals additional $65 will be added after reservation confirmation for total of $95
Children: Please note that for registration purposes, children are considered guests under the age of 14.
