- Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and valuables. The hotel is not liable for any loss or theft.
- Guests are strictly prohibited from engaging in illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to gambling or prostitution, on hotel property.
- Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness in their rooms and all indoor areas.
- Pets are not permitted on the premises.
- Guests should avoid loud noises or any disruptive behavior that may disturb others. Fighting, aggressive behavior, or allowing individuals who are excessively intoxicated to remain in the hotel is prohibited.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas, except in designated smoking zones provided by the hotel.
- Guests are not allowed to bring flammable, hazardous materials, illegal substances, or items with a strong odor (e.g., durian) into the hotel.
- Use of electrical appliances incompatible with Thailand's voltage without an appropriate adapter or power converter is prohibited.
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out time is no later than 12:00 PM
- Late check-outs will incur a charge equal to the full room rate.
- Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. Guests who are not registered at check-in are not permitted to stay overnight.
- Guests who fail to check out on time or extend their stay without prior arrangement will be charged additional fees in accordance with hotel policies.
- Guests are expected to respect hotel property and fellow guests. Violations of these terms may result in eviction without refund.
