Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to check in to receive a full refund minus the $50 per room non refundable booking deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check in will be charged a fee equal to the full cost of the entire reservation. No shows or early departures will be charged the full cost of the entire reservation. Cancellations can be made by emailing guestservices@centrestreetsuites.ca
Starting Sept 1, 2024, every room reservation will require a $50.00 non-refundable booking deposit. The deposit will be processed within 48 hours of your reservation booking. The booking deposit is not an additional fee and will be directly applied to your reservation balance. Terms and Conditions
Parking Policy
Parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
Kitchen/BBQ Policy
Please practice safe cooking habits do not leave burners on unattended. Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $200. BBQ’s are electric and should not be used if its raining outside. Please remove heating cord and store indoors when not in use.
Minimum Age Policy
All guests must be 19 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at Centre Street Suites. A valid photo ID may need to be presented at the time of check in or during the stay for age verification.
Check in/Checkout Policy
Check in time 4:00 pm, Check out time 11:00 am. Late check outs and early check ins are available to guests for a fee of $25. Early check in time is 2:00 pm and late check out time is 1:00 pm. Requests must be made by email to guestservices@centrestreetsuites.ca, if the request can be accommodated you will receive an email confirmation prior to the 11 am checkout time.
Pet Policy
Certified service animals with proper documentation at check in are welcome to stay for free! A maximum of 2 pets per room are allowed on the main floor rooms only. The fee is $20 per night to a maximum of $50 for your entire stay. Damages or additional cleaning as a result of a pet will be billed according to the cost to repair or clean. All pet owners are required to have their pets on a leash or in a proper carrier while they are outside of the hotel. Pet owners must ensure that their pets are not being a nuisance or making excessive noise. Failure to comply with the pet policy will result in the responsible guests reservation being terminated without refund.
Cleaning Policy
Centre Street Suites has an up to date housekeeping program that promotes our eco-friendly values and allows guests an uninterrupted stay. Guests will be provided housekeeping services after every seven nights when booking longer stays. Payment Policy
We accept major credit cards for payment of guests reservations. Starting Sept 1, 2024, every room reservation will require a $50.00 non-refundable booking deposit. The deposit will be processed within 48 hours of your reservation booking. The booking deposit is not an additional fee and will be directly applied to your reservation balance. If you cancel a portion of your reservation or all of your reservation more than 7 days prior to your check-in date, your deposit will not be refunded or applied to your reservation total. Full payments balance will be charged seven days prior to check in. Additional charges from your stay will be billed when they are added to your reservation.
Room Policy
We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value.
Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported by email to guestservices@centrestreetsuites.ca after check in to avoid potential charges.
Centre Street Suites is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal things on the hotels premises.

SMOKING POLICIES
We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited at all times. If smoking has taken place, a fine of $300.00 will be applied
Hooked Up Angling (Ice Shack Rentals)
Centre Street Suites is its own entity and is not liable for any accidents or incidents that may happen when renting Ice Shacks or equipment through Hooked Up Angling. When renting equipment or ice shacks the "renters" will waive all responsibility from Centre Street Suites, Hooked up Angling, owners and staff of both businesses. All "Add on" ice fishing equipment will be subject to availability. A rental equipment waiver is required to be signed prior to receiving the equipment or occupying the shacks (will typically be completed the day of the rental)
