Security Deposit
We require a credit card deposit of $200. Upon booking you will receive an email with our check in form. This form will need to be filled out in order to receive your property access information. On the day of your reservation, we will authorize your credit card for a security deposit of $200. This deposit will be refunded at the time of checkout and may take 2-3 days.Our pricing break down is the room cost plus fees and taxes.

Smoking in the rooms or on the property is prohibited, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged if violated.
There are no pets allowed in the rooms, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged if violated.
We have an ADA compliant room and elevators to reach all floors.
We have limited parking spaces and offer parking for $25 a day/night. Please contact us when you arrive for parking. There are no advanced reservations to hold parking spaces.
Your parking pass will be good to come and go for the days paid, yet we do not hold the spaces.
We have an ADA complimentary parking space for those who have the pass, just let us know if it is needed.
