Terms and Conditions
❖ Payment: If we have not pre-charged your reservation, payment in cash or credit card will be processed on arrival.
❖ Check in is after 3PM and Check out by 12 noon. Special requests are based on availability.
❖ Landmark hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables that are not locked inside private safe boxes in every room.
❖ Please respect the quiet hours in the hotel. Anything that disturbs the peace of other guests is prohibited.
❖ The hotel rooms and common areas must remain free of cigarette smoke.
❖ Landmark is free of sex and drug tourism, illegal activity is reported to authorities.
❖ Absolutely no minors unaccompanied by their parents / guardians are allowed in our hotel. Any attempt to enter a minor without a legal guardian or fail to show a valid ID WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES.
❖ At check in we can register a maximum of 2 occupants in a Deluxe Room and a maximum of 4 occupants in a Double Room. If at check-in time a guest is not registered (understood as registration, full name of the person who knows will arrive after check-in), an additional fee of the equivalent of $100 USD in pesos will be incurred from the first person registered. You can have a maximum of 1 person who has not been registered at check-in during the entire stay (General stay in the hotel, contract is per guest, doesn´t apply per room, nor for different reservations that are continuous). This fee will be applied to your stay, but must be paid at the moment of the guests registration via card or cash.
Landmark Hotel does not allow the use of its facilities for the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, as framed within laws 1336, 1236, and 1329. Therefore, guests are required to adhere to the aforementioned legal norms during their stay at the hotel. Trafficking of drugs and sex is illegal in Colombia, and any evidence of drug abuse, prostitution, exploitation of minors, or any other behavior unrelated to tourism/business travel may be reported by hotel security or other guests to the authorities.
