Terms and Conditions
1) Cancellation policy : Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:
If the guest cancels less than 24 hours after booking, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
If a reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival it will be charged 50% of the Reservation value.
In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: ana.paradisehomes@gmail.com All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been canceled.
2) Check-in: Please note that, according to the local laws enforced upon holiday homes, it is mandatory to declare our guests to the police department. In order to follow the procedure, we would kindly ask your to send us photos or details of your traveling documents (passport/national ID) - full name, ID nuber, nationality, date of birth. For more details, you can check Orden INT 1922/2003 de 3 de julio sobre libros-registro de hospedajes. If you fail to send us these datas before or during check-in any penalties or fines from the authorities will have to be placed in your charge.
You will receive at check-in : 2 keys for the house, 2 keys for the pool area, one remote for the car gate and one fob for the pedestrian gate. Please take good care of them, if you lose any item, it will be deducted from your deposit and can be an inconvenience for the next guests.
3) House rules:
Our residential is private, gated, with security surveillance and very calm. We appreciate your effort in complying with our community and house rules ❤ We trust that you will love it here and therefore treat the apartment as you would your own home!
Parking: Vacations should be stress-free and for that reason, each apartment has one designated parking place. Please park only in the designated place. We do not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property. But we never had any incidents thanks to our 24-hours security service.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed indoors, you are welcome to use the terrace.
Renter and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbours nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes
• No barbecue is allowed in our area.
• No towels or clothing on the terrace wall. Please use the drying racks provided.
4) Liability: Guests herby agrees to Indemnify and hold Owner harmless from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Renter’s use of Property or the items of personal property provided therein. Guests assume all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities including use of the swimming pool of the residence and will hold Owner harmless with respect thereto.
5) CHECK-OUT: please respect the check-out time (11.00 or earlier); we are flexible whenever possible so please let us know in advance of any late check-out requests. Please remove all food and drinks and dispose the trash bags into the bins near the car gate.
