The remaining amount, as well as the additional services, must be paid by the client in cash or by credit card upon arrival. Exceptionally, said payment may also be made by bank transfer provided that (i) INSIDE BARCELONA expressly authorizes it and (ii) the transfer is received 1 week prior to the client's arrival date.
The same cancellation policy described in the previous section will be followed and always subject to availability at all times.
MODIFICATION OF THE CONDITIONS BY INSIDE BARCELONA APARTMENTS:
If for any reason beyond our control, including force majeure, INSIDE BARCELONA has to modify the conditions of the reservation confirmed with the client, INSIDE BARCELONA must inform the client immediately. Specifically, in the event that INSIDE BARCELONA cannot provide the apartment initially hired, it must offer another with the same or better characteristics as the one initially offered and in the same area. In the event that the apartment offered has a higher cost than initially requested, INSIDE BARCELONA will not be able to pass it on to the client. On the contrary, if the alternative apartment is lower than the initial price, INSIDE BARCELONA will refund the difference to the client. In the event that INSIDE BARCELONA and the client do not agree on the circumstances of the modification, INSIDE BARCELONA will reimburse all the amounts paid by the client, who will have nothing more to claim.
NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF CLIENTS:
Clients must provide INSIDE BARCELONA with the number and identity of the occupants of the apartment, including, if requested by INSIDE BARCELONA, their full name, address, telephone number and age. Only the people identified by the client at the time of booking will have the right to use the apartment. Animals and pets of any kind are not accepted in the apartments. In the event that INSIDE BARCELONA or any person linked to it detects the infringement of any of the above obligations, INSIDE BARCELONA may require clients to immediately leave the apartment without them having the right to claim any compensation or reimbursement.
The apartments are available on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m.
In any case, the client must always inform INSIDE BARCELONA, at least 2 days before the arrival date, of the time at which it is scheduled. Otherwise, INSIDE BARCELONA is not responsible for delays or inconveniences that may occur to the client as a result of the lack of information.
The entrance will be done by means of an access code. Inside Barcelona will contact the guest directly to provide instructions.
The client and all staying guests must necessarily leave the apartment, along with all his belongings, before 11:00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT AND CLEANING SERVICE:
Unless expressly stated otherwise, water, electricity and Internet supplies are included in the price. Likewise, the apartment is always delivered clean and with the corresponding sheets and towels and with the kitchen equipped to cook according to the number of occupants hired by the client. Reservations equal to or greater than 7 days are included in the price a weekly cleaning during the stay, including the change of sheets and towels.
INSIDE BARCELONA will not be responsible for the failure of the elevator or for any other adverse circumstances beyond its control (power outages, malfunction of the air conditioning machine, etc.). In any case, INSIDE BARCELONA must always make its best efforts so that any incident is solved in the shortest possible time. In the event that the client must leave the apartment as a result of these problems, INSIDE BARCELONA will reimburse the client the amount corresponding to the days not used. In any case, INSIDE BARCELONA is not responsible for damages that may occur to the client as a result of their stay in the apartment, including theft or fire.
BEHAVIOR BY THE CLIENT:
The client will be responsible for his own behavior and that of those who accompany him. In the event that the client or any of his companions does not behave in accordance with minimum standards of coexistence, INSIDE BARCELONA may require him to leave the apartment without the right to any refund or compensation.
During their stay in the apartments (and outside of them!), the client must be responsible for all personal and valuable objects, since INSIDE BARCELONA does not respond in case of theft or loss.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:
We inform you that the data that you communicate to us in this form will be included in a file whose purpose is to facilitate the location of potential clients and suppliers. The person responsible for the file is INSIDE-BCN RENTALS, S.L. and its address is c / Espartería, 1, Barcelona. At that same address you can exercise your rights of access, modification and cancellation of data for free or by sending an email to email@example.com.
