heart of everything you want on your vacation getaway.
I
created these luxurious Cozy Condos so that vacationers can enjoy an affordable
awesome vacation!. Each Condo has a fully equipped kitchen and has it's own
personality, no two are alike. Our property has free WIFI, Netflix,
air-conditioning, and Fans in all the rooms, and so many other unique
amenities.
The
Condos are surrounded by a beautiful courtyard type setting with a pool. We are
located in the heart of Jaco … But away from all the noise. Your surrounded by
everything you need on your vacation. You can enjoy a great poolside BBQ, or
you can grill close to the entrance of your own condo! Great fun for Family
Reunions, Birthdays and any other small events.
Our place also offer bicycles
FREE to guests! (limited supply), and yes we do have secured parking, we can
even help you with tours. We are
located in a friendly family environment.

- YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for lost keys There is a $10.0 fee for (1set) lost keys . When checking out, Please leave your keys on the table.

- PLEASE TAKE CARE of my home as you would respect your own home, and please return it the way you received it.
- FREE Bikes to our Guests upon availability
- DAMAGES: All Damages MUST be reported to us prior to your departure.
- LOSS DAMAGES: We does not accept any liability for loss or damage to any valuables or property belongings to guests or visitors. This is to include your Automobile. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make the proper arrangements, my suggestion is to get travel insurance on all valuable items prior to your arrival to Costa Rica. We reserve the right to end the vacation rental for non payment; if destruction, or the misuse of the property.
