Immersed in the Barrio de Santiago, one of the emblematic neighborhoods of the historic center of Merida, Künük Hotel Boutique is an innovative project within the historical, cultural and touristic context of the city. In this environment, we built our 13 rooms organized in three floors and a house of exquisite architecture. Our name is an abstraction of the word Kuun Nuuk palindrome meaning "big gold" remaining as "Künük" and keeping the same meaning.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
HIGH SEASON: Non-refundable rate. Once the reservation is made, it cannot be canceled and the charge of the total stay will be made as a penalty to the guarantee credit card in case you want to cancel or not show up.A credit card is required as a guarantee of the reservation
High season is considered: Long weekends and holidays, Holy Week and Easter, Week from October 27 to November 3, Winter Season from December 16 to January 3
Terms and Conditions
- Payment policy:- Low season: the first night of stay will be charged at the time of booking.- High season, and holidays: 100% of the reservation will be charged at the time of reservation.
- For your security and that of all our guests, at the time of check in we will ask you to present a valid official identification (INE, PASSPORT or ID) of the reservation holder and a copy will be taken from you.
- Taxes include 16% VAT and 5% ISH Prices in Mexican pesos MXN.
- At the time of check in an open voucher will be requested to guarantee, so you must physically present the credit / debit card with which the payment of the stay will be made.
- Check-In 15:00 hrs. Check-out 13:00 hrs.
- Late Check-out between 13:00 and 18:00 hrs. is charged 50% of the rate per night plus taxes.
- All the rooms and facilities of the Hotel are NO SMOKING.
- Children are accepted, however, we do not have extra beds or cribs.
- Children over 12 years old are admitted as adults.
- There will be an additional charge per extra person, rooms cannot exceed the maximum capacity allowed.
- We have 3 parking spaces inside the hotel and a parking lot outside the hotel.
- Events can be held at the Hotel with a maximum capacity of 35 people, for more information send an email to gerencia@kunukhotel.com.
- Pets of any size are not allowed, with the exception of those that serve as pets, with prior authorization from the hotel.
- Service fee payment: the amount of $119.00 per person per day must be paid upon arrival
