Pecos is the largest town in Reeves County, but it is still a small town at heart, and we carry that feel to our BoxHouse Village and RV park. We're also not a long drive away from Balmorhea State Park, where the largest spring fed swimming pool is located, or from the wonders of Carlsbad Caverns! If you're wanting to explore, or dip into some of the purest waters nature has to offer in the West, or if you simply desire a peaceful retreat after a challenging workday, our RV sites and property grounds are the place to be. Terms and Conditions

 Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If you wish to stay up late, please do so quietly so you do not disturb your neighbors. 
 Speed limit is 5 mph throughout the park. Anyone caught speeding in the park, or allowing visitors to speed in the park, may be asked to leave the property.
 Please do not drive through unoccupied sites. You may walk through unoccupied sites, but please do not walk through occupied sites. Each space is defined from septic hookup to septic hook up. Please respect others in the park. DO NOT PARK IN UNOCCUPIED SITES.
 Guests are responsible for the conduct, behavior and control of their children and visitors. You will be held financially responsible for any malicious damage they may cause.
 Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in the fitness room. 
 BoxHouse Village and West Pecos RV requires you to clean up after your dog, as well as keep all animals quiet. If your dog becomes a nuisance (such as excessive barking), or appears to be vicious in any way, you will be asked to remove your dog from the park. BoxHouse Village and West Pecos RV requires that all pets have a current rabies shot. You also need to fill out and agree to the Pet Addendum before bringing a pet onto the property. 
 BoxHouse Village and West Pecos RV is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest/s, or visitors on the property.
 RV site Plumbing: The septic systems will clog if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH feminine products, flushable wipes, or anything other than toilet paper. 
  Restrooms and laundry facility are cleaned daily. Please do your part to keep them clean. Please do not enter any restroom while it is being cleaned. 
  Individual storage sheds are not prohibited without prior written authorization from office staff. All sites are to be clean, and clear of all trash, as well as unreasonable or excessive clutter. 
  Guests are responsible for the placement of garbage in the dumpsters located throughout the park and all trash must be placed in plastic garbage bags. No garbage cans are to be placed outside your RV at your site. 
  If additional people will regularly be staying at your RV site, and/or you have added a pet to your site you are required to update your rental agreement to include said additions through the office within two days. 
  Use or sale of illegal drugs is prohibited and will result in the immediate removal from the premises. If caught driving under the influence of any illegal drugs or alcohol on Box HouseVillage and West Pecos RV premises it could result in your immediate removal from the park. 
   Open Fires : Guests or tenants shall not keep or have on the property any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might increase the danger of fire on the property. Although fireworks may be legal in Texas, they are not at BoxHouse Village and West Pecos RV at any time. There are no open fires of any kind on the property. Fire pits must be propane fueled. 
  No Soliciting: There is no soliciting on BoxHouse Villages grounds.

  Exiting Lot Cleaning Fee: $225
  Exiting Site Damages Fee: $225
  Late Rent payment: $50 the first day and $5 a day after that
  Extra storage Fee: Inquire with office about onsite storage
  Pet clean up fee: $50
  Usage of additional 20 amp plug-in: $35/month
  Washer/dryer fee: $35/month
  Additional refrigerator/ freezer: $35/month
