Special Terms
Children under the age of 18years must be accompanied by a staying adult and must be supervised at all times. If you are not the credit card holder for the booking, you must contact the hotel prior to arrival and advise you will not have the credit card on check-in. Our staff will ask you to present current ID.
Guarantee Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking, nothing is charged to this card. Prior to arrival, a NOVA Kiama Guest Services Agent will call to confirm your reservation. Full payment of your stay is required 1 day prior to arrival.
Check In & Out Policy
Check in is 2pm and Check out is 10am. If you require an early check in or late check out, please advise the hotel when making your booking. Confirmation will be subject to availability.
Reception Hours
Reception is open from 7am until 6pm seven days a week. Should you be arriving after 6pm and require assistance from reception, please notify the hotel prior to your arrival. Hotel Keys are sent to your mobile phone to access the rooms. Allocation of rooms is done by Nova Kiama at its own discretion and requirement.
Parking
Parking is complimentary and is located in our secure car park under the hotel. The hotel does not take any responsibility for cars in the car park and any theft/damage that may occur.
GST
