TERMS AND CONDITION OF APPLIED RATES
This rate (full-board basis) quoted in this Contract include Value Added Tax (VAT) levied in terms of the Value-added Tax Act, which rate as at the date of Signature. Should the standard rate change or another tax levy be introduced during this Contract, the Resort reserves the right to amend the quoted rate accordingly.
The special rate (being the net rates offered to the Tour Operators/Corporates/Government Units)
The rates are quoted in US Dollars, per night, are net and non-commissionable.
The resort accommodation facilities include: 9 Single deluxe rooms, 9 Double Deluxe rooms, 6 Twin deluxe Virunga Inn Resort & SPA Ltd & Tour Operator’s / Companies Agreement: Strictly Confidentialrooms, 3 superior double rooms and 3 family rooms (interconnecting rooms).
All rooms are non-smoking.
All guests have access to the gym.
Check in time is 12:00 to 14:00 and check out 10:00 to 12:00
Late check up to 18:00hrs will be charged 50% of the room rate. Check out after 18:00 hrs will be charged as 100% of the room rate.
Early check in is subject to availability.
The Management holds the right to change the rate, terms &conditions without any prior notice
No provisional reservations are accepted during peak seasons(between June and October)
EXTRAS
Extra Lunch and dinner on arrival or departure day (to be booked in advance): 55 USD per person
Lunch/dinner for Walk-ins guests (to be booked in advance): 55 USD per person
Additional drinks i.e. Alcoholic beverages and coffee made by machine. As per menu attached
Laundry - As per price list attached. Massages (subjected to availability).
CHILDREN RATES:
Children are accommodated sharing a room with one or two fully paying adults, subject to availability of rooms (maximum 2 children). Children are accommodated as follows:
Up to 3 years Free – sharing with 1–2 adults
4–12 years 50% of an extra adult – sharing with 1–2 adults
13–16 years 75 % of an extra adult – sharing with 1–2 adult
