Individual Room Rentals:
- 8 days or more before your scheduled arrival date: We will refund 90% of your deposit
- 7 days or fewer before your scheduled arrival date: We will refund 50% of your deposit.
- Early departures and no-shows: You are responsible for the cost of the entire reservation.
Terms and Conditions
- ARRIVAL TIME: Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm. Please advise us in advance if you plan on arriving outside of these hours. We will do our best to accommodate you.
- DEPARTURE TIME: Check-out is Noon. Late check-out may be available on request.
- RESERVATIONS, ROOM RATES AND DEPOSIT: Room rates are posted on our website and are based on double occupancy (except for the Suite to the Stars). Additional guests (including children) are welcome for an additional $25 per guest fee. Sales tax and occupancy tax are additional. Reservations are held with a credit card deposit of 50% of the total room charge for your visit. Your credit card will be charged for the remainder of your total room charges and any additional fees at check-out.
- WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL: A $125 cleaning fee will be added to all whole house rentals.
- PETS: Dogs only (and certified service animals) are permitted with approval from the Innkeeper. A pet fee of $35 will be added to your folio and collected at check-out.
- BREAKFAST: Breakfast is included in all rental rates and is served at 9:00 a.m. Please advise us of any special dietary restrictions or requests when making your reservation.
- IN-HOUSE INNKEEPER: Tim, our Innkeeper, lives inside the B&B and is available to help with any questions or needs during your stay.
- SMOKING: We are a smoke/vape free facility. Smoking/vaping indoors is prohibited.
- HOUSECLEANING: We will not enter your room during your stay, except in the case of necessary maintenance. Daily room cleaning services and fresh linens are available on request.
- SWIMMING POOL: The pool is open from May through September (approximate dates, subject to change). Our hot tub is open to guests and available year round. There is no lifeguard on duty, so please use an abundance of caution. Swimming is at your own risk.
- LOST OR LEFT BEHIND ITEMS: Please check for all personal items before departure. Every attempt will be made to locate lost or left behind items. However, we cannot be responsible for items lost or left at the property.
- VINEYARD WORK: Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of our vineyard, which is a working farm. Early morning noises from farm equipment and workers will be kept to a minimum but are possible.
- GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: Please be considerate of our neighbors and other guests. Noise should be kept to a minimum and all federal, state and local laws and ordinances should be abided by.
