Since Homeport is sitting on a hill, there are many steps from the parking lot to the 1st floor where the reception desk is located.
We have 1 premium suite (the Captain's suite) on the 1st floor and all other rooms are on the 2nd floor, meaning more stairs to go. So for guests who have accessibility concerns, please note that
We can accommodate an extra person in some rooms at an additional charge of $20/night for adults and $10/night for children(10 & under). Please confirm with us after booking room online.
We are a pet friendly Bed & Breakfast, but you must arrange with us in advance, as not all rooms are pet friendly. Pets are a charge of $25.00/stay.
No minimum stay requirements except during large conventions and special events as determined by management.
The credit card used to confirm the room will be verified but no deposit is taken on the securing credit card except during large conventions and special events as determined by management.
One full night deposit is required to confirm reservations of 5 room/nights or more (=one room for five night or five rooms for one night). We will retain 50% if cancelled within two weeks of arrival.
