Property and Cancelation Policies :
1. Rescheduling is allowed and is valid for 1 month after the original booked date and is subject to room availability.
2. *2nd time rescheduling will incur a 50% charge of the total room accommodation.
3. Rescheduling must be done not less than 5 days before arrival otherwise charges will be applied.
4. Rescheduling done 5 days before booking dates will be charge 30% of total room accommodation.
5. Cancellation of rooms on check-in date will be charged 100%, NON-REFUNDABLE.
6. Cancelling the 2nd or the rest of the supposed stay will be charged the full rate.
7. Additional charges may apply for peak season rates. Communication is key. Please let us know ahead of time for any adjustments or other concerns.

- CHECK-IN TIME IS 2 PM / CHECKOUT TIME IS 11AM. STRICT CHECK-IN/OUT TIME IS TO BE FOLLOWED TO GIVE US AMPLE TIME TO SANITIZE AND FUMIGATE ROOMS FOR YOU. EARLY CHECK-IN FEE AND LATE CHECKOUT FEE WILL BE CHARGED, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
- ANY OUTSTANDING BALANCE SHOULD BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL.
- NO VISITORS ALLOWED.
- HANDLING OF BAGS AND LUGGAGE IS PROHIBITED TO AVOID CLOSE CONTACT AND VIRUS TRANSMISSION.

- BAGUIO CITY HAS A SILENT NIGHT ORDINANCE, IN LINE WITH THIS WE HAVE QUIET HOURS FROM 10PM TO 7AM. KINDLY MINIMIZE NOISE AND RESPECT OTHER GUESTS STAYING WITH YOU AT THE BED AND BREAKFAST.
PARKING SPACE
Parking lot is limited to 4-5 cars only on a first come first serve basis. If parking space is full there is a paid parking lot behind the inn for 250/night/car. Parking space at the back of the facility is also available for guests, gated and safe.
NO KITCHEN, NO COOKING
There are no kitchens and no cooking allowed at anytime at the Old Orangewood. We are a bed and breakfast, we serve breakfast with your accommodations.
PETS
Only small trained pets are allowed and are charged a fee of P500 for the whole duration of your stay for deep room cleaning.

ONLY TRAINED PETS ALLOWED
-Pets should be kept under close supervision at all times and must not roam around on their own unsupervised. Must be on a leash or carried when not in rooms.
-"Accidents" in and around the area should be cleaned up after owner and may incur additional charges if "accidents" happen on beds, couches, carpets (P1500-2000).
-Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the rooms, bring them along with you when you go out. We have had pets crying and barking the whole time when left in rooms causing disturbance and complaints from other guests.
-You will be held responsible for any bites or injuries inflicted to other guests during your stay at the Old Orangewood.
