Terms and Conditions
- Check-in time starts at 4 pm, and we accommodate check in at any time thereafter, if it is after 11 pm, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance.
- Check-out time ends at 11 am, and if guests would like to leave their bags and cars and use the premises, we encourage them to do so.
- Pet Policy – A LIMITED supply of pet-friendly rooms are available, but only upon request, and subject to a $50/night pet fee.
- We have a strict non-smoking policy in the rooms. Violation of this policy results in a $250 charge.
- Deposit Policy – For all reservations we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due prior to check in.
- Cancellation Policy – Up to two weeks in advance, a guest may cancel in exchange for a 90% refund of their deposit. Within two weeks of the date of arrival, there will be no refunds or rescheduling.
- Free Parking - We have free parking for 1 car per hotel room.
