Property and Cancelation Policies :
In the event of a cancellation the following policy applies.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations made before this time will not incur any charges.
If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the full balance of the first night's stay will be charged.
Terms and Conditions
Room Rates
All room rates are per room per night & include full English breakfast. All rates are inclusive of VAT. Room rates are subject to change.
A minimum 2 nights stay is required on Friday & Saturday nights during peak times.
Bookings
Rooms may be reserved online with a valid credit or debit card.
Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email subject to your providing a valid email address.
The full amount of the stay and any additional charges shall be charged upon check out or becomes payable to us in accordance with our cancellation policy (see below). We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Upon booking we will automatically reserve a table in the restaurant for each evening of your stay. If this is not required, please let us know prior to your arrival.
Children
We welcome families of all ages. However at the current time, we are unable to offer cots or children's beds.
Dogs
We welcome well-behaved dogs in 2 of our rooms and the bar area. An additional £10 per night cleaning fee will be charged for your pet to stay. However, as the pet owner and registered guest, you will also be responsible for any additional cost for deep-cleaning, repair and replacement of damaged facilities or items caused by your pets.
Parking
We provide complimentary parking on site to our guests strictly subject to availability. Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the car owners’ risk.
Damage and Smoking
We reserve the right to make a charge for any damage caused to a room by a guest, to make good or remedy any such damage.
The Sportsmans Arms is a strictly non-smoking establishment anywhere in the building. We reserve the right to charge the card you have used to secure your booking a reasonable fee in respect of specialist cleaning in the event we suspect smoking has taken place in your room(s) during your stay.
Disability Access
Please contact us before your stay and we will do our best to accommodate any requirements you may have. We have disabled access to our bar and restaurant as well as some of our rooms.
Please note In the case of unforeseen circumstances The Sportsman's Arms reserves the right to reallocate you to another room, if necessary.
