Access to our remote location can be and has been impacted by wildfires, floods, landslides, extreme rain, and snowfall. These circumstances are impossible to predict and can affect any Alaska itinerary. Canceled reservations due to forces beyond our control are subject to our stated cancellation policy. Any travel or accommodation costs associated with delays or unforeseen circumstances are the responsibility of our guests. Travel insurance is available through various providers, including Travelex Insurance at 800-228-9792 and Allianz at 866-884-3556.
A Word about Weather
All flights and times are subject to weather. Denali Air has final discretion over whether a flight can proceed based on weather factors in the Alaska Range. Although uncommon, flights may need to be postponed or canceled due to weather. While inconvenient, please realize in these instances that these are necessary safety determinations made by highly experienced professionals acting on your behalf.To minimize disruption, we strongly urge you to have a backup accommodation plan for the day of your scheduled arrival and a buffer or contingency plan for your departing connections. The bottom line is that air-based itineraries in Denali or elsewhere in Alaska are best approached with flexibility and patience.
Terms and Conditions
Fixed Arrival and Departure Days
We operate on a fixed schedule of arrivals and departures. Stays begin on either a Monday or a Friday:
· 3 nights: Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights
· 4 nights: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday nights
· 7 nights: begin on either a Friday or Monday
Our multi-night stays maximize the opportunity for mountain views, wildlife sightings, and various weather conditions. We provide an in-depth Denali experience, and a more extended visit builds camaraderie among guests and staff. We do not offer one or two-night stays.

Families traveling with infants and young children should contact us directly to discuss special considerations for rates, activities, and accommodation options.
Schedule & Rates
Once on-site at Camp Denali, rates are all-inclusive. Children under 12 pay 75% of this rate. In addition, there is an additional per-person cost for flights between the park entrance and Camp Denali. We will arrange flight reservations with our air taxi partner, Denali Air, on your behalf.
2024
June 3 - September 9, 2024: $1,325/night/person + tax and a $700 per-person flight charge.
2025
June 6 - September 8, 2025, $1,375/night/person + tax and a $700 per person flight charge.
Deposit
40% of the reservation.
